基于专利引用的国际化技术流动测度研究--以玉米育种技术领域为例OA北大核心CHSSCDCSSCICSTPCD
Research on the Measurement of International Technology Flow Based on Patent Citation-A Case Study in the Field of Maize Breeding
[目的/意义]利用专利引用关系测度技术领域内组织实体的国际化技术流动情况，对该领域的政策制定者和科研人员提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]基于国际技术吸收水平和国际技术扩散水平两个维度，建立通用的国家层面上的国际技术流动测度指标体系，选择玉米育种技术领域进行实证研究。[结果/结论]提出的指标体系具有一定的可行性、价值性和创新性。研究结果可以直观的看到在玉米育种技术领域，各个国家技术流动的相对位置及互相之间的差距。
Purpose/Significance] The research measures international technology flow of organizational entity based on patent citations, in order to provide reference and advice for policy makers and researchers in the field.
