Impact of Concern for Information Privacy on Behavioral Intention to Use Social Media-Analysis of "Privacy Paradox" in China
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance]Exploring "privacy paradox" in China's context has a guiding significance for personal information protection, but has yet to be explained by theory. [ Method/Process] This study builds structural equation models of impact of concern for information privacy on behavioral intention based on the Theory of Concern for Information Privacy and Technology Acceptance Model. Choosing WeChat as the study object, based on questionnaire data of 427 valid respondents, the models are validated using SPSS and A-MOS. [ Result/Conclusion] The results indicate that user's concern for information privacy does not have a direct negative impact on user 's behavioral intention, but has significant moderating effects on the impact of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment on user's be-havioral intention.关键词
