帕罗西汀联合加味逍遥散治疗抑郁症的随机对照研究
A randomized controlled trial of paroxetine combined with Jiawei Xiaoyaosan for patients with depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety to the patients with depression by the treatments with paroxetine and Jiawei Xiaoyaosan. Methods 60 patients met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases,tenth edition(ICD - 10) for depression,were randomly divided into two groups by random number table. The experimental group was treated with paroxetine and Jiawei Xiaoyaosan. The control group was treated with paroxetine and placebo. Assessing Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)before and after two weeks,1 month and 2 months of the treatment. Before and 2 months after treatment,blood serum was extracted to measure brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels. Results After treat-ment for two weeks,1 month and 2 months,the HAMD scores of the experimental group reduced than before(P ﹤ 0. 05). The HAMD scores of the control group reduced than before after 1 month and 2 months of treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05). After two weeks,1 month and 2 months of treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were statistically significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). After 2 months of treat-ment,the effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). After treatment for 1 month and 2 months, both of the experimental group and control group patients’ blood serum concentration of BDNF were higher than before(P ﹤ 0. 05). 2 months after treatment,the difference of BDNF concentration between the two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The experimental group had less adverse reactions than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Jiawei Xiaoyaosan combined with paroxetine is more effective for depression than paroxetine alone,and has fewer side effects.关键词
