10年间酒精所致精神障碍住院患者流行病学变迁

Abstract
Objective To explore the epidemiology and clinical features of patients with mental disorder due to use of alcohol. Methods The medical records of patients who were diagnosised with mental disorders due to use of alcohol/ alcohol related disorders (ICD - 10 diagnosis standard)were retrospective survey analysised in January 2005 to December 2014 in the No. 3 People’s Hospital of Panzhihua. Results During the ten years,a total of 986 patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol were treated and hospitali-zation constituent ratio of the patients grew about 1. 5 times. Among these patients,there were 961 male cases(97. 46% )and 25 women cases(2. 53% ),the sex ratio was about 38:1. The average age was(46. 16 ± 11. 92). Distribution of professional,there were 285 cases(28. 9% )of farmers,337 cases(34. 2% )of workers,the two kinds of professional accounted for 63. 1% of hospitalized patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol. The dependence syndrome and psychotic symptoms accounted for 33% and 48. 1%,respectively. There were 142 cases(12. 3% )of hepatic lesion,and 121 cases(14. 4% )of cardiovascular diseases. The first drinking age of the patients was(25. 31 ± 11. 07)years old on average,and their mean duration of drinking was(21. 08 ± 10. 91) years. Conclusion Mental and physical disorders caused by alcoholic intoxication is increasing gradually,which becomes a serious social problem. Early intervention should be promoted and patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol should give up drinking as soon as possible.关键词
