摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of different moxibustion on T cell subsets,NK cells and B cells in immunosuppressive rabbits induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods:50 rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group,cake-separated moxibustion group,moxibustion group,counterfeit moxibustion group with 10 in each group.In addition to the blank group,the other groups were injected with cyclophosphamide(60 mg/kg)for sequential 7 days to make immunosuppression model.Cake-separated moxibustion group,moxibustion group and counterfeit moxibustion group were given moxibustion 10 times respectively once every other day.Venous blood was taken from the next day after treatment and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK cells,B cells of serum were tested by ELISA. Results:Compared with blank group,CD3+ was significantly decreased(P<0.01)and CD8+was apparently increased(P<0.01)in model group.Compared with model group, CD3+was significantly increased (P<0.01)and CD8+was apparently decreased (P<0.01). in cake-separated moxibustion group the difference in CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK cells,B cells between moxibustion group and counterfeit moxibustion group was not statistical significance. Conclusions:Cake-separated moxibustion can effectively regulate CD3+,CD8+ level induced by cyclophosphamide.
