滋阴通络颗粒中柚皮苷的含量测定

Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of naringin in Ziyin Tongluo granules by HPLC. Method:The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 (200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase was consisted of a methanol-0.5% Glacial acetic acid with a flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature was 30 ℃and the detection wavelength was at 283 nm. Results:Naringin was in good linear in the range of 0.086~1.72μg,r=0.999 5,and the average recovery rate was 99.54%,RSD=1.60%(n=5). Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and good repeatability and could be used for determination of the Ziyin Tongluo granules.关键词
