Abstract
Objective:To explore role and advantage in the improvement of main symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute exacerbation with phlegm-heat obstruct lung with Dachengqi decoction retention enema combined with conventional western medicine. Method:In strict accordance with relevant diagnostic criteria of the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,40 cases were divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group was treated with Dachengqi decoction retention enema combined with conventional western medicine and the patients in control group was treated with routine treatment of western medicine. Result:The main symptoms score difference of the two groups after the treatment was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The main clinical symptoms can be improved on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute exacerbation with phlegm-heat obstruct lung treated with Dachengqi decoction retention enema combined with conventional western medicine.关键词
