大数据视阈下我国数据人才培养的思考
The Ponder of Cultivation for Talents in Data under the Circumstance of Big Data in China

Abstract
The analysis is about the current status of the requirements of talents in data under the circumstance of big data at home and abroad, and this paper divides the talents in data into seven types:talents in data technology, talents in data management, talents in data security, talents in data analysis, talents in data policy, talents in data opening and talents in data scientist. On the basis of deep analysis, three ways are proposed for the cultivation of talents in data of our country, and then we point out the location and prospective of the discipline of library and information science for the cultivation of talents in data in China.关键词
