摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of (Fibulin-3) EFEMP1 on invasion,me-tastasis and proliferation of human ovarian cancer cell, which belongs to fibulin glycoprotein family,the related results will provide theoretical basis for ovarian cancer targeted therapy. Methods:The highly invasive cell line S1 was infected with lentivirus vector with EFEMP1 shRNA. Real-time RT-PCR,Western blot and ICC were performed to authenticate transfection effect . The vitro cell function analyses were used to study the effect of EFEMP1 on cell prolifer-ation,invasion and metastasis. Furthermore, tumor xenografts in nude mice were performed to observe the role of EFEMP1 in the progress of ovarian cancer in vivo. Results:Knockdown of EFEMP1 significantly inhibited EFEMP1 expression,down-regulated EFEMP1 suppressed tumor cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis abilities, and decreased the tumor forming rate and volume in nude mice. Conclusion:EFEMP1 is related to ovarian cancer development and pro-gression,and may serve as a new therapeutic target for the treatment of ovarian cancer in the fu-ture.关键词
