On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Party Organizations at the Grass-roots Level in Community---Take one Street Office in the West of Chengdu High-tech as an Example

Abstract
Strengthing the construction of Party Organizations at the grass-roots level in community is the contemporary requirement of adapting to the new urbanization development and innovating the social management system, and is significant deployment made by the Party's 18th call for innovation at the primary level.In this paper, we take one street office in the West of Chengdu High-tech as an ex-ample to survey and study.We also summarize the useful experiences, explain the problems in their work such as the unreasonable community party organization structure, the increasins difficulty coefficient of the party members'education management and the poor work ability and service ability of the community party organization, etc.,and accordingly propose some measures and thinking of an in-novative system of community work of the party and the community capacity of the service in order to provide some advice and help to open up a new prospect in party building.关键词
