Abstract
Urbanization is one of the core goals to realize modernization ,and the new type of it is com‐prehensive and intensive strategic adjustment of land resources ,household registration system and urban planning .In the process of urbanization ,the supply and demand of real estate is certain to be affected es‐pecially for the real estate enterprises .Thus the paper uses the knowledge accumulation model to analyze capital and technology factors influenced the real estate investment in order to determine the key strategies of investment under the background of new era .关键词
