对外战略优先与中巴贸易关系停滞--基于1949-1965年的审视
Foreign Strategic Priority and the Trade Stagnation Between China and Brazil：Based on the Survey of 1949-1965
摘要
Abstract
Foreign strategies will influence a country's foreign activities .Foreign strategic priority will determine the main objects and contents of a country's foreign exchanges ,and even affect the country's for‐eign trade policy .Due to differences in the external strategic priorities ,differentiated foreign trade policy will be formed in different countries in different forms of international trade relations .China and Brazil ,al‐though located in the Eastern and Western hemisphere with the longest distant geographical position and have no fundamental conflicts of interests ,were sunk into the trade stagnation in the early days of the Cold War because of the differences of foreign strategic priorities .T herefore ,this paper took this typical sam‐ple ,w hich is conducive to eliminating the interference of other factors ,to effectively demonstrate the ana‐lytical framework from the foreign strategic priority to foreign trade country policy and then to the interna‐tional trade relationship .关键词
