Abstract
The definition and significance of spectrum re-farming from perspective of radio management were addressed. Multiple dimensions of spectrum re-farming including international vs. domestic, strategy vs. tactics and beneift vs. regulation were compared and analyzed to provide a useful reference to China’s spectrum re-farming.关键词
