Abstract
Based on the concept of spectrum re-farming, the value of spectrum re-farming in terms of spectrum ability was analyzed. Spectrum allocations of three major operators were elaborated and practical spectrum re-farming schemes were presented. The necessity of spectrum re-farming for digital bonus frequency band was addressed. Finally, some potential problems of spectrum re-farming were discussed from aspects of equipment support, re-farming chance and industry barrier.关键词
