Abstract
Cotton is the primary economic crop in the southern Xinjiang, China. Currently, most of the cotton fields in this area is mainly irrigated through dripping systems under the plastic film. In recent years, to further increase the water and fertilizer application efficiency, and to reduce the labor cost of irrigation system management, a computer control ed intel igent irrigation management system is set up in cotton farmland of Xinjiang, which is based on two-wire decoder signal transmission. After two years operation, it showed that the computer control ed intel igent irrigation management system has advantages such as water saving, time saving, and relatively lower labor requirements compared with traditional manual y irrigation system. In addition, the two-wire decoder signal transmission system is more stable than radio signal automation system. It is concluded that the two-wire decoder system is the most suitable automation control measure for the cotton drip irrigation system in Xinjiang.关键词
