螺旋锥齿轮数控加工中刀盘误差的补偿
Compensation for Cutter Errors of Spiral Bevel Gear CNC Machining
摘要
Abstract
The deviation of the profile that cutter blade used a straight profile to instead the truly, that would impact the machining accuracy of spiral bevel gear tooth surface,during CNC machining process.This paper analyzed the principles of CNC machining spiral bevel gear first,and then a mathG ematical model of the blade to the tooth surface was built;after that based on the space meshing theoG ry the actual cutter blades were calculated;the relationship among cutter radius and tooth flank errors was establised;the actual tool truncate errors were deduced.Finally,according to the spiral bevel gear machining principles the tool errors were compensated.The compensation results was verified based on simulation and prove the algonithm is reliable.关键词
