摘要
Abstract
This article summarized the experience of training postgraduate general practice students in Peking University Health Science Center using the post competency of Royal College of General Practitioners ( RCGP) , and analyzed the problems in the training process, in order to bring enlightenments for GP education in China.The RCGP post competency can be used as an important reference for the training of GP postgraduates and the standard training of GPs.A unique training method was formed in this attempt, which is helpful for the improvement of the training of GP postgraduates.关键词
