HIV 感染者早期抗病毒治疗 CD4+ T淋巴细胞水平变化研究
Variation of CD4+T Lymphocyte Cell Counts of Early Antiretroviral Therapy Among HIV-infected Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the variation of CD4+T lymphocyte cell counts after early initiation of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) among HIV-infected patients in Yili, Xinjiang and its influencing factors. Methods The research subjects were HIV-infected patients with CD4+T lymphocyte count >350 cell/μl who received HAART for the first time in Yili between Jan 2008 to Dec 2012, we collected baseline and follow-up (6 month, 12 month, 18 month, 24 month) data, which were analyzed by statistical method. Results A total number of 311 cases were selected. The median baseline CD4+T lymphocyte counts M (P25, P75) was 440 (391, 525) cells/μl.The difference of CD4+T lymphocyte counts was significant between 6 month and baseline, 12 month and 6 month, 18 month and 12 month ( Z=-6.6, P<0.01; Z=-3.6, P<0.01; Z=-2.5, P=0.01), and after treatment the CD4+T lymphocyte counts respectively raised by 84, 123, 143, 140 cells/μl compared with the baseline.CD4+T lymphocyte counts had a tendency to change over time (F=31.56, P<0.01), and the CD4+T lymphocyte counts was different between different baseline CD4+T lymphocyte count groups after treatment ( F=20.54, P<0.01) .After treatment the increment of CD4+T lymphocyte counts in the >500 cells/μl group was less than that of the 351-500 cells/μl group. Conclusion After treatment, CD4+T lymphocyte counts has an obvious increase in the first six months, then increases slowly and the increasing amplitude gradually stabilizes. The patients with a higher baseline CD4+T cell counts have a better immune function recovery.关键词
