摘要
Abstract
Acute kidney injury ( AKI) is a clinical syndrome induced by multiple causes and involving multiple clinical disciplines.Sepsis-induced multiple organ failure is one important reason for AKI, and AKI also greatly increases the mortality of sepsis patients for lag of clinical intervention measures on AKI.Early diagnosis of sepsis-induced AKI ( SIAKI ) by relevant biomarkers and timely prognosis evaluation are key to improve the outcome of patients.Since the research of the occurrence mechanism of SIAKI constantly goes deeper, increasingly more biomarkers have been found, and their effect on the occurrence and development of AKI and their guidance value for prognosis become clear.The paper studied the occurrence mechanism of SIAKI and introduced biomarkers that have potential value for the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of SIAKI.关键词
