摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the difference between maternal blood at late pregnancy and umbilical cord blood, and its relation with the growth and development of newborns.Methods A total of 70 parturient women who had been pregnant for 37-41 weeks and were admitted into the Wenling Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese from April to August in 2014 were enrolled as pregnant woman group.After delivery, the 70 newborns were assigned into umbilical cord blood group.We also enrolled 195 healthy and non-pregnant women in child-bearing period as control group from the physical examination of the hospital.Prenatal early -morning fasting blood of the pregnant woman group was sampled; venous blood of near -navel umbilical cord blood of newborns after delivery was sampled; early-morning fasting blood of control group was also collected; 5 ml blood was sampled from each subject, and serum was isolated.OLYMPUS AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer was employed to examined the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoAI and ApoB.Results The three groups were significantly different in the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoAI and ApoB ( P<0.05 ); the pregnant woman group was higher in these levels than the control group and the umbilical cord blood group, and the umbilical cord blood group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Different newborns′gender, delivery mode, times of delivery and delivery age were not significantly different in their influence on the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoAI and ApoB of the umbilical cord blood of newborns (P>0.05).Bivariate correlation showed that there was no correlation between various blood lipid parameters of maternal blood and those of umbilical cord blood, between birth weight and the indexes of umbilical blood cord, and between height at birth and&nbsp;the indexes of umbilical blood cord (P>0.05); there was positive correlation between height, birth weight and maternal blood TG level (P<0.05), and there was negative correlation between height and maternal blood HDL-C level and between height and ApoAI ( P<0.05 ); there was negative correlation between birth weight and maternal blood HDL-C level and between birth weight and ApoAI (P<0.05).Conclusion During pregnancy, maternal blood lipid has elevated physiological state.There is no correlation between umbilical cord blood and maternal blood lipid; there is correlation between height at birth, weight at birth and some maternal blood lipid indexes; there is no correlation between height at birth, weight at birth and the blood lipid indexes of umbilical cord blood.
