Research Progress of the Relationship Between Orexins and Tumors
食欲素是由下丘脑神经元合成和分泌的神经肽，具有调节摄食行为、能量代谢、神经内分泌、睡眠和觉醒、奖赏以及应激等生理功能。近年研究提示，食欲素参与多种肿瘤的发生，调节肿瘤细胞的增殖和凋亡。本文对食欲素与结直肠、肝脏、胃、前列腺及肾上腺肿瘤关系的研究进行综述，探讨食欲素参与肿瘤发生的机制，为肿瘤的治疗发现新的靶点。
