Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase in the treatment of carotid plaque.Methods:124 cases of patients with carotid plaques were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase capsule.The thickness of plaque and blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the carotid atherosclerosis plaque after treatment decreased or disappeared.The TG,TC, LDL and HsCRP decreased significantly,the HDL was increased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with lumbrokinase capsule could reduce the blood lipid levels and reduce the carotid plaque.关键词
