摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical features and treatment for patients with massive cerebral infarction. Methods:66 patients with massive cerebral infarction were selected.The condition improved and no improvement in the patients' clinical data were compared.Results:Patients with the improvement in the condition was significantly lower than the condition did not improved patients;the efficiency of anticoagulation therapy in patients with improved condition was 50% which higher than of the patients did not improve of 12.00% ;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The particularity of patients with massive cerebral infarction is relatively strong.The probability of hematoma and turn to cerebral hemorrhage is high. We should detect lesions and diagnosed on time,and the implementation of symptomatic treatment is mainly the improvement of its prognosis.关键词
