剖宫产并子宫肌瘤剔除术63例临床效果分析
Clinical effect analysis of cesarean section combined with uterine myomectomy in 63 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and significance of cesarean section combined with uterine myomectomy. Methods:63 cases of cesarean section combined with uterine myomectomy pregnant women were selected as the observation group.63 cases of pregnant women with normal cesarean section at the same time were as the control group.The clinical indexes of two groups were compared.Results:The average operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine myomectomy during cesarean section can avoid the pain of the patients with secondary operation,and it does not increase the postpartum recovery and hospital stays of patients.It is more safe and effective. But it needs to consider the size and position of uterine fibroid,to give operation selectively.关键词
