利福平注射液与利福平胶囊治疗初治空洞型肺结核的疗效研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of rifampicin injection and rifampicin capsule in the treatment of patients with primary cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:72 cases of patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with rifampicin capsule.The observation group were treated with rifampicin injection.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 79.2%;the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4% ;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effect in the control group was 66.7%;the incidence of adverse effect in the observation group was 22.2%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rifampicin injection in the treatment of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis had more significant curative effect and higher safety.关键词
