摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of diabetics with breast cancer and non diabetics with breast cancer.Methods:60 cases of diabetics with breast cancer were as the observation group.60 cases of non diabetics with breast cancer were as the control group.The clinical characteristics and prognosis of the two groups were observed.Results:The patients of the observation group were older.The menopause patients were more and the pathological grade were higher.The disease free survival rate and overall survival rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes was a risk factor for the prognosis of patients with breast cancer,and hyperinsulinemia was an important factor influencing the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.关键词
