摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods:According to the different operation methods,80 cases of patients with gallstone were divided into two groups. The experimental group was given laparoscopic surgery.The control group was given small incision resection.The clinical effect and clinical perioperative indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The remission rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postoperative bleeding,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with gallstones had significant clinical effect and could shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding.关键词
