泰绫止血纱在甲状腺手术中的应用及临床研究
Application and clinical research of Tai Ling hemostatic yarn in thyroid surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application and clinical effect of absorbable hemostatic gauze in thyroid surgery.Methods:418 patients with thyroid surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 212 cases and the control group with 206 cases.The patients in the observation group were given absorbable hemostatic gauze on the operation wound.The patients in the control group did not place any material.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:Compared to the control group,the drainage volume in the observation group at first days after operation was significantly reduced, extubation time was significantly shortened,and the degree of comfort of patients for postoperative wound was more satisfied(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of absorbable hemostatic gauze in thyroid surgery can reduce postoperative hemorrhage,bleeding, subcutaneous effusion, reduce the discomfortableness caused by postoperative wound synechia,and improve the quality of life after operation.关键词
