Abstract
Objective:To explore the anorectal pressure after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids and dopple guided hemorrhoid artery ligation in the treatment of Ⅲ degree mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:144 patients with Ⅲ degree mixed hemorrhoid were selected,they were divided into the observation group(n=74) and the control group(n=70),the control group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH),the observation group was treated by dopple guided hemorrhoid artery ligation(DGHAL),we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the anal resting pressure and anal maximal systolic blood pressure were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,dopple guided hemorrhoid artery ligation was used to treat Ⅲ degree mixed hemorrhoid,its effect on anal function was smaller,it can shorten the recovery time of anal function and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
