Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oblique type T plate fixation in the treatment of patients with ankle fractures involving the medial malleolus after mound and posterior malleolar.Methods:68 patients with ankle fractures involving the medial malleolus after mound and posterior malleolar were selected.All patients were treated with oblique type T plate fixation. We observed the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients.Results:After treatment,the patients were followed up for 3 to 15 months, and the excellent and good rate was 95.59%.Conclusion:The oblique type T plate fixation in the treatment of patients with ankle fractures involving the medial malleolus after mound and posterior malleolar can get good effect.关键词
