Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of different anesthesia methods in emergency cesarean section.Methods:90 patients with cesarean section were selected.They were randomly divided into the 3 groups.Intravenous anesthesia was implemented in the group A;epidural anesthesia was implemented in the group B;combined spinal epidural anesthesia was carried in the group C.We observed the effect of different anesthetic methods in 3 groups.Results:The anesthesia induction effect,total treatment efficiency and safety of the group C performed better than the group A and the group B;the average operation time of the group C was shorter than that of the group A and the group B;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia effect of spinal epidural combined anesthesia in cesarean section operation is very ideal.It can improve the excellent rate of anesthesia,and it is conducive to the recovery of patients after surgery with fewer adverse reactions.关键词
