左布比卡因与罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术的临床分析
Clinical analysis of levobupivacaine and ropivacaine for cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of levobupivacaine and ropivacaine for cesarean section.Methods:280 puerperas with cesarean section were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 140 cases in each. The patients in the observation group were given ropivacaine anesthesia.The patients in the control group were given levobupivacaine anesthesia.The anesthesia effects of two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,70 cases were pain assessment Ⅰ grade;64 cases were Ⅱ grade;3 cases were Ⅲ grade;3 cases were Ⅳ grade;the patient satisfaction was 95.7%. In the control group,62 cases were pain assessment Ⅰ grade;60 cases were Ⅱ grade;12 cases were Ⅲ grade;6 cases were Ⅳgrade;the patient satisfaction was 87.1% .The differences between groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ropivacaine and levobupivacaine can be used in cesarean section anesthesia,but the anesthesia effect of ropivacaine is better.关键词
