摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect influence of unprotected perineum delivery on the degree of perineal laceration. Methods:According to different delivery methods,140 cases of puerpera were divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional protected perineum delivery.The research group was given unprotected perineum delivery.The degree of perineal laceration,labor pain and perineum incision of the two groups were compared.Results:The 0 degree of perineal laceration rate,the 0 degrees of labor pain rate and the perineal integrity rate of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unprotected perineum delivery could reduce the degree of perineal laceration and reduce the labor pain effectively.关键词
