Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Shuxin capsule combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:100 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given Shenqi Shuxin capsule combined with trimetazidine treatment.The frequency of angina attacks,changes of ST-T duration and changes of cardiac function (NYHA) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion:Shenqi Shuxin capsule combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease had remarkable clinical curative effect and good safety.关键词
