Effect of butylphthalide injection combined with Xue Shuan Tong injection in thrombolytic therapy of cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of butylphthalide injection combined with Xue Shuan Tong injection in thrombolytic therapy of cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.The patients in the control group was given urokinase treatment.The patients in the observation group were given butylphthalide injection combined with Xue Shuan Tong injection treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,carotid artery plaque size,thickness and CA-IMT were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,5 cases(10% ) had re-infarction;in the control group,12 cases(24% ) had re-infarction;the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of thrombolytic therapy,applicaiton of butylphthalide injection combined with Xue Shuan Tong injection can effectively improve the patient's thrombosis,and reduce the incidence of re-infarction.关键词
