Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with osteoporosis after traumatic fracture.Methods:73 patients with osteoporosis after traumatic fracture were randomly divided into the two groups. Patients in the control group were given ossotide injection and vitamin D chewable tablets treatment,while patients in the study group were treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the study group.After 8 weeks of treatment,we observed the improvement of osteoporosis in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the bone mineral density and bone metabolism index of the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment,and the improvement of the study group were better than the control group.The total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 91.7% and 75.7% respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with osteoporosis after traumatic fracture is significant.关键词
