腹部按摩联合贝飞达预防急性白血病患者化疗后便秘的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of abdominal massage combined with beifeida on prevention of constipation for patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.Methods:40 patients with acute leukemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the observation group took the treatment of abdominal massage and oral beifeida from one day before chemotherapy.Patients in the control group did not give massage and medication,while routine nursing care was used in the two groups when patients treated by chemotherapy.Patients in the two groups received the same diet and health guidance,and the results were observed.Results:The incidence rate of constipation in the observation group of 30% was lower than that in the control group of 75% ,and there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal massage combined with beifeida and chemotherapy at the same time can effectively prevent constipation.关键词
