遵义地区婴幼儿病毒性肠炎病原学分析
Etiological analysis of infantile viral enteritis in Zunyi area
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the common infectious pathogens and epidemic characteristics of infantile viral enteritis in Zunyi area.Methods:The faeces of 1 000 cases of children with acute diarrhea were detected by virus.Results:The detection rate of rotavirus was 42.0% .The proportion of children aged 7 to 12 months was significantly higher than other age groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The main clinical manifestations were vomiting,dehydration and so on. Conclusion:The high risk population of viral enteritis in Zunyi area was children aged 7 to 12 months and the main virus infected was rotavirus.关键词
