摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of cerebrospinal fluid examination in the early diagnosis of severe hand foot mouth disease.Methods:90 patients with severe hand foot mouth disease were selected.Lumbar puncture was performed in 24 h of hospital admission.The routine examination,biochemical examination and smear examination were taken.Results:The cerebrospinal fluid was colorless and transparent.35 cases(38.89%) of cerebrospinal fluid pressure were in it,and 72 cases(7.78%) were diagnosis as severe hand,foot and mouth disease assisted with abnormal cerebrospinal fluid.Conclusion:Early diagnosis of cerebrospinal fluid can help the diagnosis effectively,in order to take early treatment,and reduce mortality,so it has a certain clinical significance.关键词
