循证护理在预防白内障术后并发症中的效果观察
Effect observation of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of cataract postoperative complications
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of cataract postoperative complications. Methods:74 patients with cataract operation were divided into the control group and the observation group with 37 cases in each. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing intervention.The hospitalization time,postoperative complications and patients' satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results:The total incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing prevention has a better effect on the prevention of postoperative complications of patients with cataract operation.It can promote the recovery of patients and improve the satisfaction.关键词
