运用外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折与切开复位内固定的临床护理观察
Clinical nursing observation of external fixation and reposition enchevillement intracontention in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of external fixation and reposition enchevillement intracontention in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods:80 cases of patients with fracture of tibia and fibula treated with external fixation and reposition enchevillement intracontention were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was given high quality nursing intervention.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate of needle passage in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention could improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with fracture of tibia and fibula effectively and the nursing effect was remarkable.关键词
