摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mirabilitum dehydratum and rhubarb applied in Shenque acupoint to prevent constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The control group was given routine nursing for the prevention of constipation.The observation group was given mirabilitum dehydratum and rhubarb applied in Shenque acupoint on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of constipation between groups were compared.Results:The occurrence of constipation between groups on the first and second day were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The occurrence of constipation between groups on the third to seventh day,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Mirabilitum dehydratum and rhubarb applied in umbilical area to prevent constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction had ideal effect.关键词
