Clinical treatment observation and nursing of subacute thyroiditis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment and nursing of patients with subacute thyroiditis.Methods:40 patients with subacute thyroiditis were selected.They were given local injection of dexamethasone,at the same time,we strengthened clinical nursing intervention.We observed the clinical effect.Results:40 patients were successfully completed treatment;there was no serious adverse reactions;only 3 patients had transient pain at injection site;they were all cured and discharged;the nursing satisfaction rate was 100% .After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of local injection of dexamethasone and strengthening clinical nursing intervention for treatment of subacute thyroiditis can reduce the adverse reactions,improve the erythrocyte sedimentation rate in time,and improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction rate.关键词
