摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of early nutrition nursing intervention after operation of patients with lung cancer and its effect on immune function.Methods:78 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given early nutritional nursing intervention in postoperative 48 hours.The control group was given nutritional nursing intervention after postoperative 48 hours.The nursing effect was observed.Results:The IgA, IgM,IgG immunoglobulin levels,body mass index,serum albumin and prealbumin levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early nutrition nursing intervention in the lung cancer patients with operation can speed up the recovery process of patients.
