预见性护理在胰、十二指肠切除术后患者中的应用价值分析
Application value analysis of predictive nursing in patients after pancreatic and duodenal resection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of predictive nursing procedure in the prevention and nursing work of pancreatic and duodenal resection postoperative complications.Methods:104 patients with pancreatic and duodenal resection were selected.According to the different postoperative nursing program,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 52 cases in each.The control group were given postoperative routine nursing.The observation group were given predictive nursing intervention.The postoperative complications and nursing satisfactions of two groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of postoperative complication and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative predictive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications of pancreatic and duodenal resection,and improve the nursing work satisfaction degree of patients.关键词
