临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的效果观察
Effect observation of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of children bronchial pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of children bronchial pneumonia. Methods:62 children with bronchial pneumonia were divided into the study group and the routine group with 31 cases in each.The routine group was given general specific nursing on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The study group was given clinical nursing pathway for nursing on the basis of the routine group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The clinical symptoms disappeared time,the lungs symptom recovery time and hospitalization time of the study group were lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of children and nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group were better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of children bronchial pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect,quickly relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical compliance of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction.关键词
