吡拉西坦致静脉炎10例的护理体会
Nursing experience of 10 cases of piracetam caused phlebitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical nursing methods of piracetam caused phlebitis.Methods:The clinical data of the patients with piracetam caused phlebitis of hospital in nearly 2 years were analyzed.The patients were given nursing intervention. The nursing experience was summarized.Results:After 7 days of drug treatment and nursing intervention,all patients were cured. Conclusion:In the infusion of piracetam process,we should closely observe the local reaction,focus on prevention,once it appear the phlebitis symptom,immediately using magnesium sulfate,comfeel transparent paste for reasonable treatment can effectively prevent and treat the phlebitis,reduce the pain of patients.关键词
