Clinical effect and techniques exploration of unprotected perineum delivery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and techniques of unprotected perineum delivery.Methods:110 cases of puerpera were divided into two groups randomly.The control group received the traditional protected perineum delivery.The study group received unprotected perineum delivery.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The degree of perineal laceration and perineotomy rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unprotected perineum delivery could reduce the degree of perineal laceration in puerpera significantly and the puerpera had rapid recovery.关键词
