Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics of operation nursing of elderly patients in department of general surgery and the influence factors of its safety hidden danger.Methods:120 elderly patients in department of general surgery were selected.The safety hidden danger of operation nursing in patients was analyzed.Before and after nursing intervention,the difference of the incidence rates of nursing safety hidden danger in elderly patients were compared.Results:In the 9 items of nursing safety hidden trouble indexes,such as the fall/fall bed occurrence rate of hospitalized patients,pressure ulcer incidence rate of hospitalized patients,intravenous infusion extravasation incidence rate,lower deep vein thrombosis incidence rate,lost rate and so on, incidence rates in 2014 annual were significantly lower than those in 2013 annual(P<0.05).In 7 core systems and safety management indexes,such as the basic nursing,patient satisfaction,total quality assurance and so on, results in 2014 annual were significantly better than those in 2013 annual(P<0.05).Conclusion:The safety hidden danger of operation nursing of elderly patients in department of general surgery has complexity.The patient's age is too big that is easy to cause a variety of complications such as fall,hypostatic pneumonia.Strengthening the nursing intervention of operation nursing of elderly patients in department of general surgery can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing work.关键词
