摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application of performance evaluation in nursing management of spine surgery.Methods:Performance evaluation was applied in nursing management of spine surgery and the nursing quality before and after the implementation was compared.Results:After the implementation of performance evaluation,the patients' satisfaction was improved;the effective complaints were significantly reduced and the comprehensive quality of nursing was improved.Conclusion:Performance evaluation could improve the work enthusiasm of nurses and evaluate the work performance of nurses scientifically and effectively,which could help to improve the quality of nursing.
